Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your HiveCraft account and all associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your HiveCraft account. Include your request to delete your account and any other information that will help us verify your identity.

What gets deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All hive records and inspection logs
  • Harvest records and notes
  • Any photos or attachments you uploaded
  • App preferences and settings

One exception: we may retain aggregated and anonymized hive trend data (for example, inspection counts or colony strength averages grouped by region and season) after account deletion. This data is stripped of all identifiers before retention and cannot be linked back to you. If you would prefer your data be excluded from this aggregate, say so in your deletion request and we will honor it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Timeline

We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please follow up at support@hivecraft.app.

⚠ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your hive data will be lost and cannot be recovered after deletion is complete.
